Our specialty honey is brought to you directly from the beekeeper, based in a remote Himalayan village. He hails from a family which has been in the beekeeping business for generations, and has refined the methods of production. They apply one of the rare honey production methods where the bees are not fed sugar at all.

The honey is Raw, as no heat is applied in extraction, which retains its nutrients. We receive this honey in its COMB, and cold press the combs ourselves, to guarantee this.

It is Wild, as the bees are not farmed, but are from a strong mountainous stock that travels up to 50km.
